We believe that every class is very important and we encourage even our advanced students to review and drill the fundamental techniques we teach as often as they can. Remember fundamental means important not basic!
The advanced Jiu-Jitsu we teach consists of drilling higher level moves not often used by beginers, learning advanced concepts and rolling (live training). Although the advanced jiu-jitsu we teach is primarily for people with more experience, we encourage everyone, even beginners who are interested to try the advanced moves we teach as well.
