Hollister House Of Grappling is a martial arts and grappling training facility located in Hollister, CA. Our services include:

Use of our services is subject to completion of a liability waiver and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

SMS / Text Message Program — Description & Use Cases

Program Name: Hollister House Of Grappling SMS Communications

Program Description:

By opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from Hollister House Of Grappling sent to the mobile number you provided. This is a recurring messaging program.

SMS Use Cases include:

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. You may receive up to 1-4 messages per month on average, though this may vary.

How to Opt In to SMS

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from us by:

• Submitting your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on any of our website forms (lead form, waiver, contact form, etc.)
• Texting a designated keyword to our business SMS number (if applicable)
• Providing written or verbal consent in person at our facility

Hollister House Of Grappling does not charge any additional fees for SMS communications; however, your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending and receiving text messages and data.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Hollister House Of Grappling and its SMS platform providers make reasonable efforts to deliver messages in a timely manner; however, delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

Hollister House Of Grappling is not responsible for:

• Messages delayed or undelivered due to carrier outages or network issues
• Messages blocked by your carrier or spam filters
• Errors caused by inaccurate phone number information provided by you
• Any carrier surcharges, fees, or charges applied by your mobile provider
• Service interruptions outside of our control

Participating carriers may vary. Not all carriers or devices are supported.

9. Age Restriction — 18+ Requirement

Our SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

By opting in to receive SMS communications from Hollister House Of Grappling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly send marketing or promotional SMS messages to individuals under the age of 18.

For minors (under 18):

• A parent or legal guardian must complete all enrollment forms, liability waivers, and consent documentation on the minor’s behalf
• SMS communications related to a minor’s membership must be directed to the parent or guardian’s mobile number
• We do not collect or store mobile phone numbers belonging to minors for SMS marketing purposes

Cancellations: Please contact us in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. Cancellation policies for memberships are disclosed at the time of enrollment.

Physical Risk Acknowledgment: Grappling and martial arts training involves physical contact and inherent risk of injury. Participants engage in training voluntarily and at their own risk, subject to the signed liability waiver.

Code of Conduct: All members and guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and fellow students. We reserve the right to revoke membership for violations of our code of conduct.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, logos, images, and videos — is the property of Hollister House Of Grappling and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
